GMBS Business Support was contracted by Feed Innovation Services BV to strengthen its core team in structuring their business expansion plans in China. Feed Innovation Services has been active on the Chinese market for some years, operating through its representatives based in Beijing. The Chinese feed sector is professionalizing at a fast pace. For Dutch companies to enjoy maximum benefit on this prosperous market, a long term strategic approach is crucial to succeed. The project comprises different elements, such as strategic marketing and business development planning and initiation and partial implementation of same. Project duration is scheduled for a six months’ period with possible extension.
